Our software is updated frequently to enhance the product and keep current with the changes in Windows, Excel or SQL Server. Updates also include bug fixes and third party application compatibility. Technical support is also included with NeuroDimensions' Software Maintenance Service. Whether through self-support such as our Forums, Video Library or personalized support via via e-mail or phone, NeuroDimension is here to help with installation, operational problems or error-related messages.

Easy to Maintain

A full year of maintenance is included when you purchase our software products. Shortly before your maintenance expires, renewal notices are sent via e-mail.

If you choose not to renew your maintenance, none of the above benefits will be available to you. Lapsed maintenance may be restored by reinstating your lapsed coverage with potential reinstatement fees.
