NeuroDimension offers FREE technical support via email with the purchase of any of our latest software products. We also offer a optional Platinum Maintenance Service that provides a cost-effective way to receive product
updates, bug fixes and receive email and phone priority technical support.
Platinum Maintenance Service
The Platinum Maintenance Service includes:
- Email and phone support
- Priority treatment for all support issues
- Guaranteed bug fixes (or work around) within 5 business days
- 2 sessions (max time: 30-minutes each) of web conference for technical support related issues
- ND Bucks equal to 100% of the cost paid for the Platinum Maintenance Service
- Free Minor Upgrades and (1) Major Upgrade
- Access to Alpha & Beta Products
Pricing:
- Cost is 30% of your purchase price
- Annual auto-renewal for the Platinum Maintenance Service will occur one year and thirty days after your initial purchase date.
- Any time lapsed in service will be pro-rated accordingly. Please contact the NeuroDimension Sales Department for questions regarding the cost to subscribe to the Platinum Maintenance Service if you are past the initial 30-days.
What are ND Bucks?
In addition to priority support and updates, every subscriber to the Platinum Maintenance Service also receives every dollar they spend on the service back in ND Bucks. These valuable incentives can be used towards the purchase of software, courses or consulting projects for up to 50% of the purchase price. For example, let's say you purchase NeuroSolutions Consultants level for $1,495 along with the Platium
Maintenance Service for $448.50. You'll receive $448.50 of ND Bucks that can be used towards things like the Neural Network Course regular price $1,995 - now just $1,546.50 (24% in savings!)!
Note: The technical support described above is for questions regarding the software package. Neural network experts are on staff and available for consulting on an hourly basis. Consulting rates are dependent on the specifics of the problem.
