  • Priority treatment for all support issues
  • Guaranteed bug fixes (or work around) within 5 business days
  • 2 sessions (max time: 30-minutes each) of web conference for technical support related issues
  • Free Minor Upgrades and (1) Major Upgrade

Pricing:

  • Cost is 30% of your purchase price
  • Annual auto-renewal for the Platinum Maintenance Service will occur one year and thirty days after your initial purchase date.
