NeuroSolutions for Excel: Fixed the error “Cannot Find Installable ISAM” that was occurring only on computers with non-U.S. language packs installed while trying to run the NeuroSolutions for Excel demos.
NeuroSolutions for Excel: Fixed the error “Run-time error '713': Class not registered. Looking for object with CLSID:{00000010-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4}” which was affecting some users (those without DAO 3.51 installed) when trying to run the NeuroSolutions for Excel demos.
NeuroSolutions for Excel: Users running Excel 2003 would get an error message saying that they need Excel 8, 9 or 10 when trying to run the NeuroSolutions for Excel demos. This problem has been resolved.
NeuroSolutions for Excel: Demo 8 programmatically accesses a VBA project. This is not allowed by default with Excel 2003’s enhanced security. The user now gets a message telling them how to change this.
NeuroSolutions for Excel: Fixed the error “Run-time error '1004' Method 'SaveAs' of object '_Worksheet' failed”. This was occurring on computers running Excel 2003 with the “Simplified Chinese Language Pack” installed when an attempt was made to create the data files for a NeuroSolutions for Excel project.
NeuroSolutions 4.31

Custom Solution Wizard: Support added for Office 2003 (both Excel and Access).
Custom Solution Wizard: Support added for NeuroSolutions for MATLAB.
NeuroSolutions for Excel: Support added for Excel 2003.
NeuroSolutions: Temporary files are now stored in the “Documents and Settings” folder by default.
Bug Fixes
NeuroSolutions: There was a memory leak when using OLE Automation to run a breadboard.
NeuroSolutions 4.24
Bug Fixes
Downgraded NeuroSolutions to Evaluation mode when launched from either the Custom Solution Wizard or NeuroSolutions for Excel.
NeuroSolutions 4.23

Custom Solution Wizard: Support added for Visual Studio .NET 2003 (both Visual Basic and Visual C++).
NeuroSolutions: The Code Generation and DLL features are now integrated with the Visual C++ portion of Visual Studio .NET 2003.
Hardware Key: The key can now be detected under the 64-bit version of Windows XP.
NeuroSolutions 4.22
Bug Fixes
NeuroSolutions for Excel: The best weights of the network were not getting saved the first time a network was run when in evaluation mode.
NeuroSolutions: The best weights of the network were not getting copied from the temporary folder to the breadboard folder when the breadboard was first saved.
Interactive Book: Several of the examples crashed NeuroSolutions when running Windows XP.
NeuroSolutions 4.21
Usability Improvements
Custom Solution Wizard: Added a message box to tell user how to change their security settings if the creation of the Excel Project Shell (with Excel XP) fails.
Bug Fixes
NeuroSolutions: The Genetic Optimization Log kept overwritting the same line.
NeuroSolutions: Program would crash on some breadboards that had shared weights.
NeuroSolutions: Divide-by-zero error when all values of the desired output are identical.
NeuroSolutions: Generated code would not compile when the Learning switch was not checked.
NeuroSolutions and NeuralBuilder: Files with greater than 2^16 characters could not be read. This maximum has been raised to 2^18.
NeuroSolutions: The columns selection status could not be accessed via OLE.
NeuroSolutions for Excel: When using "activeSelection.XXX" while training with "Vary a Parameter", the selection was getting removed during the breadboard preparation. This caused an error because the parameter value for the selection could no longer be set.
NeuroSolutions for Excel:When using Genetic to Train and optimize inputs, if the genetic determined that a different number of inputs should be used, when the user attempted any testing procedure, they would get an error saying that the weights don't match the number of inputs specified by the data. This input change check/message was removed if there is a genetic control.
NeuroSolutions for Excel: When using Genetic to Train, NeuroSolutions for Excel was not turning off the Hidden PEs, Step, and Momentum optimization if they were on in the NeuroSolutions breadboard and the user turned them off in the NeuroSolutions for Excel dialog.
